Extensive experience across 9 closed-end value-add funds including investment strategy, portfolio construction and liquidation, cash management, performance measurement, risk management, and compliance. Managed a $1B CRE loan portfolio including risk ratings and asset management protocols of credit assets.
Operations & Leadership
Implemented a new operating model and led proactive team management of approximately 100 people across sector types, functions, and geographies. Worked directly with CEO, President, CFO, and COO on corporate P&L, budgeting, new business development, and cost savings exceeding $1M annually.
Affordable Housing & Impact Investing
Managed a portfolio of 11 affordable housing assets (1,800 units) across California, Washington, and Oregon. Successfully contested property tax assessments achieving a $13M reduction in assessed value and $300K in annual savings. Contributed to a $100M capital raise for the Impact Fund through investor meetings and deal-level business plan reviews.
